We are Assist Care Team

We are called Assist Care because that’s what we do.

With Assist Care there is one crucial difference between us and other Care Providers.

We have a unique social aim :To be run by the people we care for and support ~ through fulfilling and positive experiences and relationships

We primarily help Young People in Care and those Leaving Care with accommodation and support needs. We believe that young people need a friendly and supportive team and we recognise that every situation is unique.

We will aid them in Community Cohesion and Life Skills. We will support the implementation and maintenance of existing Pathway Plans. We wish to ensure NEET young adults get the start they need.
